Treat tail or fin rot. The tank needs to be cleaned once every three days. If you want to treat it, add either Ampicillin or Tetracycline to the water. Continue until your fish’s fin no longer shows signs of losing tissue.

How do you know your fish is dying?
It’s either weakness or listlessness. Danger to humans and first aid measures should be taken if any of the following symptoms are present: Sudden loss of consciousness, convulsions, seizures, coma or death.
