The bill, sponsored by Rep. Mark Pocan (D-Wis.) and Sen. Alberta Darling (R-River Hills), was introduced in the Wisconsin State Assembly on Wednesday. It was referred to the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Rural Development, and Natural Resources.
