Can sharks live in freshwater?

Why can’t marine fish survive in freshwater?
Saltwater fish can’t survive in freshwater because their bodies are highly concentrated of salt solution (too much for freshwater). Their cells would accumulate so much water that they would die if the water flowed into their body.
In the case of freshwater fish, the salt concentration in the water is too low for them to survive, so they die from dehydration. The same is true for saltwater crocodiles, which have a high concentration of dissolved salt in their blood.
They die of hypothermia (low body temperature) when they are exposed to high levels of salinity.
