The study, led by researchers at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., also found that people who ate more fish had a lower risk of developing migraines than those who didn’t eat fish at all. The study was funded by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
